符合清单定额规范的大型建筑及交通综合体BIM算量平台研究——以厦门新机场航站区工程为例

摘　　要：随着社会经济不断发展,建筑物及交通综合体越来越多,并趋于规模大型化、空间多样化、功能复杂化、系统繁多化,导致工程量计算工作量大且复杂,采用传统计量、计价软件方式难以实现全过程造价管控目标。本文深入分析了大型建筑及交通综合体的项目实施难点,以厦门新机场航站区工程为例,提出以MVVM架构、造价业务技术和图数据库技术为基础,开发CAD图纸识别、智能建模、智能审查等核心业务功能,使施工预算图纸、BIM模型、BIM算量三者通过统一的行业规范形成联动机制,构建符合清单定额规范的BIM算量平台,提高工程量计算的准确率和核对效率,推进全专业、全流程的算量计价一体化,加强项目成本管控能力,推进企业投资管控水平的提升,实现全过程造价管控目标。With the continuous development of social economy,buildings and transportation complexes are more and more,and tend to be large-scale,spatial diversification,functional complexity,and numerous systems,resulting in large and complex workload of project quantity calculation,and it is difficult to achieve the goal of whole-process cost management and control by using the traditional measurement and pricing software.This paper analyzes the difficulties in the implementation of large-scale buildings and transportation complexes by taking the Xiamen new airport terminal area project as an example,and proposes to develop core business functions such as CAD drawing recognition,intelligent modeling,and intelligent review based on MVVM architecture,costing business technology,and diagram database technology,so that the construction budget drawings,BIM model,and BIM calculation can form a linkage mechanism through unified industry specifications,and build a BIM calculation platform that complies with the specifications of the list of fixed quantities,and improve the quantity calculation.It builds a BIM calculation platform in line with the list of fixed amount norms,improves the accuracy and checking efficiency of quantity calculation,promotes the integration of quantity calculation and pricing in all professions and processes,strengthens the ability of project cost control,promotes the enhancement of the enterprise's level of investment control and realizes the goal of whole-process cost management and control.
