摘  要:针对商用车机械式自动变速器(Automated Mechanical Transmission,AMT)驾驶员在手动控制挂取力器挡时,由于不清楚离合器分离结合状态,强制挂挡可能造成的机械损坏问题,设计一种取力器控制系统及方法。详细介绍相应的驻车取力打开和关闭流程,在12挡AMT车辆上进行取力控制验证,实现取力自动挂挡和摘挡,有效避免了驾驶员手动挂取力的误操作,通过实车测试,证明该控制系统及方法的有效性。In view of the mechanical damage caused by force shift when the driver of a commercial vehicle with an automated mechanical transmission(AMT)is manually controlling to shift into power take-off gear without clarity of clutch disengagement and engagement status,a power take-off control system andmethod aredesigned.The corresponding parking power take-off open and close processes are introduced in detail,and the power take-off control is verified on a 12-gear AMTvehicle to realizeautomatic power take-off gear engagement and disengagement,which effectively avoids the driver's misoperation during manually shifting into the power takeoff gear.Through real vehicle tests,the effectiveness of the control system and method has been proven.
