摘　　要：为满足某公司某产品装配生产线的生产需求,需将传统的人工周转升级为依靠顶升式AGV小车运输的物料车自动化工件周转形式。为满足此要求,发明一种顶升式AGV物料车,在物料车的底部设计有两个圆柱销,实现物料车与固定座的定位,物料车不仅可适应频繁更换产品型号的生产要求,同时提高了工作效率,而且运行稳定可靠,实现了生产线的柔性生产,已应用到实际生产中。In order to meet the production needs of a company's assembly line of a product,it is necessary to upgrade the traditional manual turnover to an automated workpiece turnover form that relies on the jacking AGV trolley transportation.To meet this requirement,a jacking AGV material trolley is invented,with two cylindrical pins designed at the bottom to achieve the positioning of the material trolley and the fixed seat.The material trolley not only adapts to the production requirements of frequent product model changes,but also improves the work efficiency,with stable and reliable operation,achieving flexible production of the production line,and it has been applied to the actual production.
