摘  要:HXD3C型机车C6修要求抱轴箱解体检修并更新车轮,必须经过轮对退卸工序。2020年入修的一批C6修HXD3C型机车轮对退卸后,发生6根车轴严重拉伤致车轴报废情况。分析HXD3C型机车轮对退卸过程中造成车轴拉伤的原因,并对既有轮对退卸工艺进行改进并验证,有效降低了HXD3C型机车轮对退卸致车轴拉伤的报废率,改善了轮对退卸质量。The C6 repair of model HXD3C locomotive requires disassembly and maintenance of the axle box and renewal of the wheels,which must go through the wheelset withdrawal process.A batch of model HXD3C locomotive wheelsets going through C6 repair in 2020 presents severe strain of six axles after wheelset withdrawal,leading to axle scrap.The causes of axle strain during withdrawal process of model HXD3C locomotive wheelsets are analyzed,and the existing wheelset withdrawal process is improved and verified,which effectively reduces the scrap rate of axle strain caused by model HXD3C locomotive wheelsets withdrawal and improves the quality of wheelset withdrawal.
