摘　　要：MTU 471发动机采用欧VI标准排放,在出口欧盟的工程机械产品中广泛采用,柴油微粒捕捉器需要实时关注与维护,其后处理故障报警机制也有别于国内厂商。在进行产品设计时,后处理诊断功能的实现非常重要。分析MTU 471系列发动机后处理原理及其分级报警机制,制定基于CAN总线报文的诊断策略,在仪表中实现对后处理诊断及应对策略过程的监控,为设备制造商提供技术路线。MTU 471l engines apply Euro VI standards for emissions,which are widely applied in construction machinery products exported to the EU.The diesel particulate filter requires real-time attention and maintenance,and its aftertreatment fault alarm mechanism is also different from that of domestic manufacturers.During product design,the implementation of the aftertreatment diagnosis function is very important.The principle of series MTU 471 engine aftertreatment and its hierarchical alarm mechanism are analyzed,the diagnosis strategy based on CAN bus messages is developed,and the monitoring of aftertreatment diagnosis and response strategy process in the instrument is realized,which provides technical routes forequipmentmanufacturers.
