摘　　要：论文采用CFPS微观追踪数据实证检验互联网技术应用对农户多维相对贫困的缓解效应。在测度了农户多维相对贫困程度和状态的基础上,运用面板Tobit模型和条件混合回归方法(CMP)检验互联网技术应用的减贫效应。研究结果发现,互联网技术应用显著降低了农户多维相对贫困的深度;互联网技术应用能够通过提升信息可获得性,进而缓解农户多维相对贫困;进一步进行异质性分析发现,应用互联网技术更能促进非精准扶贫农户、处于养老型家庭的农户、中西部地区的农户缓解多维相对贫困。基于以上结论,论文提出的政策建议有:既要大力推进数字乡村建设,提高农村整体互联网普及率,也要着重关注新脱贫农户、农村弱势群体的互联网使用效用性,补足中西部数字乡村发展建设短板,重点推进中西部地区农户互联网技术普及,进而强化互联网使用的可持续多维相对贫困缓解效果。This paper uses three waves of micro tracking data to empirically analysis the impact of Internet technology on multidimensional relative poverty of rural residents.First,we measure the multidimensional relative poverty depth and state of farmers,and then use panel Tobit model and Conditional Mixed Process(CMP)to examine the poverty reduction effect of Internet technology application.The research found that the application of Internet technology can alleviate the multidimensional relative poverty of farmers by improving the availability of information.The mechanism test found that the availability of information is an important channel for the application of Internet technology to affect farmers'multidimensional relative poverty.Through the heterogeneity analysis,it is proved that the application of Internet technology can better benefit farmers who were not targeted poverty alleviation,or farmers in the elderly care family,or farmers in the central and western regions in alleviating multidimensional relative poverty.The conclusion of this paper shows that we should not only vigorously promote the construction of digital villages and improve the overall Internet penetration rate in rural areas,but also pay attention to the effectiveness of Internet use of farmers newly lifted off absolute poverty and rural vulnerable groups,complement the weaknesses in the development and construction of digital villages in the central and western regions,focus on promoting the popularization of Internet technology among farmers in the central and western regions,and then strengthen the sustainable multidimensional relative poverty alleviation effect of Internet use.
