摘  要:采用无溶剂聚氨酯胶黏剂复合太阳能背板中的聚对苯二甲酸二甲酯(PET)与聚烯烃(PO)膜,考察了无溶剂聚氨酯胶黏剂的种类、分子量、涂布量、熟化条件对太阳能背板的PET/PO复合层初始及PCT 48h老化后黏结力的影响,并结合实际生产中黏度的要求,确定了聚氨酯胶黏剂为聚醚/(脂肪)聚酯多元醇,分子量为3500、涂布量为7g/m^(2)、熟化条件为55℃、10%RH时,胶黏剂可以达到太阳能背板初始及PCT老化性能的要求。Using solvent⁃free polyurethane adhesive composite solar backsheet polydimethyl terephterephate(PET)and polyolefin(PO)film,the effects of solvent⁃free polyurethane adhesive type,molecular weight,coating amount and curing conditions on the initial adhesion of solar backsheet and that after PCT 48h aging were studied.Combined with the viscosity requirements in actual production,it was found that the polyurethane adhesive was polyether/polyester polyol,when the molecular weight was 3500,the coating amount was 7g/m^(2),the curing condition was 55℃,10%RH,the adhesive could meet the requirements of the solar backsheet initial and PCT 48h aging performance.
