摘　　要：我国PVB树脂由“低端质量”向“高性能化”方向发展,由“单一功能”向“多功能化”方向发展,由“传统产业”向“多应用场景”方向发展已经成为重要趋势。随着我国经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,综合利用高性能PVB树脂合成及膜材料技术,发展面向价值链中高端PVB产业的需求日益迫切。针对高性能PVB树脂合成及膜材料技术进行专利检索,开展申请趋势、申请区域、技术分布和主要申请人等维度的专利信息分析。提出技术发展方向指引和难点突破借鉴,助力产品品质提升,制定知识产权布局策略,预示和防御知识产权风险,护航市场竞争。The PVB resin industry in China is experiencing a shift from"low⁃end quality"to"high⁃performance",from"single functionality"to"multi⁃functionality",and from"traditional industries"to"multiple application scenarios",which has become an important trend.As China's economy transitions from a phase of high⁃speed growth to high⁃quality development,there is an increasing demand for high⁃performance PVB resin synthesis and membrane material technology to cater the high⁃end segment of the PVB industry value chain.In this article,the focus is on patent retrieval and analysis of high⁃performance PVB resin synthesis and membrane material technology.This analysis encompasses trends in patent applications,geographical distribution of applications,technological distribution,as well as key applicants.In order to provide guidance on technology development directions,identify challenges,and facilitate improvements in product quality,this article involves formulating strategies for intellectual property rights,forecasting and mitigating intellectual property risks,and supporting market competition.
