摘　　要：为了推进高校数据资产的管理和应用,各高校在数据治理领域进行了积极探索和实践,在打通业务系统数据、深化数据治理过程中,人员身份数据治理是非常有必要的。通过分析高校人员数据管理存在问题,提出基于数据中台的人员身份数据治理方案架构,主要从编外人员线上化管理、建立身份ID体系、数据质量管控等方面进行人员身份数据治理策略研究。通过该方案的建设,有利于实现高校各类人员全生命周期自动化管理,打通各业务系统数据,提升学校数据资产价值。In order to promote the management and application of colleges and university data assets,colleges and universities have actively explored and practiced in the field of data governance.In the process of getting through business system data and deepening data governance,personnel identity data governance is very necessary.This paper analyzes the problems existing in personnel data management in colleges and universities,proposes a personnel identity data governance scheme framework based on data center,and conducts research on personnel identity data governance strategies from aspects such as online management of non⁃staff personnel,establishment of identity ID system,and data quality control.Through the construction of this scheme,it is beneficial to realize the automatic management of all types of personnel in colleges and universities throughout the life cycle,get through the data of various business systems,and enhance the value of data assets in colleges and universities.
