河南煤炭资源勘查开发进展与布局研究

摘　　要：河南煤炭基地作为我国规划建设的14个大型煤炭基地之一,煤炭产量常年居于全国前列,随着国家能源结构调整和煤炭产业供给侧结构性改革,河南煤炭基地面临后备资源短缺、资源勘查精度不高、接续矿井建设进展缓慢、煤层气资源勘查开发力度有待提高等问题,因此,如何科学、合理优化河南省煤炭资源勘查开发布局,对河南省煤炭产业发展具有重要现实意义。结合最新全国煤炭资源潜力评价成果,从覆煤构造、含煤地层、资源分布等方面对河南煤炭资源进行了全面论述,分析了当前河南省煤炭资源勘查开发现状。根据清洁、高效、安全、可持续的发展理念,提出了近期河南煤炭资源勘查目标和生产开发布局方向:以建设河南大型煤炭基地为出发点,重点围绕鹤壁、焦作、义马、郑州、平顶山、永夏6个矿区,提高煤炭资源勘查精度,为新矿井建设提供资源保障,优化煤炭资源开发与转化布局,同时加大煤层气资源勘查开发力度,促进河南煤炭行业高质量发展。As one of the 14 large coal bases planned and constructed in China,Henan Coal Base has always been at the forefront in coal production throughout the country.With the adjustment of national energy structure and the surplus of coal supply capacity,Henan coal base faces some problems,such as the shortage of reserve resources,the low precision of resource exploration,the slow progress of continuous mine construction and the need to improve the exploration and development of coalbed methane resources.Therefore,how to scientifically and reasonably optimize the layout of coal resource exploration and development in Henan Province has important practical significance for the development of the coal industry in Henan Province.Combined with the latest national evaluation results of coal resources potential,this paper comprehensively discusses the general situation of coal resources in Henan Province from the aspects of overlying coal structure,coal-bearing strata and resource distribution,and analyzes the current situation of coal resources exploration and development in Henan Province.According to the concept of clean,efficient,safe and sustainable development,the short-term coal resources exploration goals and production and development layout directions of Henan Province are put forward:starting from the construction of a large coal base in Henan Province,focusing on six mining areas,namely Hebi,Jiaozuo,Yima,Zhengzhou,Pingdingshan and Yongxia,to improve the exploration accuracy of coal resources,provide resource guarantee for new mine construction,optimize the development and transformation layout of coal resources,and at the same time increase the exploration and development of coalbed methane resources to promote the high quality of coal industry in Henan Province.
