摘 要:[目的]开发30%氟吡菌酰胺·苯醚甲环唑悬浮剂。[方法]采用单因素筛选方法,对30%氟吡菌酰胺·苯醚甲环唑悬浮剂配方中的原药、分散剂、润湿剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、防腐剂、消泡剂进行筛选,并测定理化性能。在田间试验中,使用最佳配方对黄瓜炭疽病进行防治效果评估。[结果]筛选出30%氟吡菌酰胺·苯醚甲环唑悬浮剂的最佳配方:氟吡菌酰胺12%、苯醚甲环唑18%、DS-5394%、48942%、黄原胶0.2%、硅酸镁铝0.5%、乙二醇4%、AF消泡剂0.5%、柠檬酸0.5%、苯甲酸钠0.2%、去离子水补足100%。在田间药效测试中,30%氟吡菌酰胺·苯醚甲环唑悬浮剂对黄瓜炭疽病表现出很好的防治效果,低剂量90 g a.i./hm2下药后7、14 d的防效分别为72.60%、75.58%,优于对照药剂。[结论]该配方制剂具有优秀的物理稳定性,加工工艺简洁,对黄瓜炭疽病具有很好的防治效果,可以为后续氟吡菌酰胺复配制剂开发提供参考意义。[Aims]Preparing fluconazole·difenoconazole 30%SC.[Methods]Single factor screening method was used to screen the chemical,dispersant,wetting agent,thickening agent,antifreeze,preservative and defoamer in the formulation of fluconazole·difenoconazole 30%suspension concentrate,and their physical and chemical properties were determine.In the field trial,the formulation with the best formula was used to evaluate the control effect on cucumber anthracnose.[Results]The best formula of flupiramide·difenoconazole 30%suspension concentrate was flupiramide 12%,difenoconazole 18%,DS-5394%,48942%,xanthan gum 0.2%,magnesium aluminum silicate 0.5%,ethylene glycol 4%,AF defoamer 0.5%,citric acid 0.5%,sodium benzoate 0.2%,and deionized water to supplement it to 100%.Fluconazole·difenoconazole 30%suspension concentrate showed excellent control effect on cucumber anthracnose in the field,with the control efficacy of 72.60%and 75.58%at low dose of 90 g a.i./ha on day 7 and 14 after treatment,respectively,which was better than that of the control agent.[Conclusions]The formulation has excellent physical stability,simple processing technology,excellent control effect on cucumber anthracnose,and can provide reference for the subsequent development of composition of fluoropyram.
