摘　　要：为保障微界面强化技术在上流式反应器应用的效果,中石化炼化工程(集团)股份有限公司洛阳技术研发中心和中石化广州工程有限公司合作开发了微界面强化反应器内构件技术(SLMG-Ⅰ)。该技术为微界面体系的稳定存在提供了流型保障,可在不干扰气液相界面的前提下为反应器提供最佳的物料分配。该内构件技术具有操作弹性大、物料分配均匀、催化剂拦截有效、不易堵塞等优点,目前已成功应用于某炼油厂的上流式柴油加氢装置。应用结果显示,在不同操作条件下反应器入口径向温差均小于3.0℃,反应器最大径向温差为2.9℃,设备本身压力降小,能够保障上流式反应器以更缓和的操作条件生产满足国Ⅵ柴油质量要求的合格产品。In order to ensure the implementation effect of micro interface strengthening technology on upflow reactors,the internal component technology of micro interface strengthening reactor(SLMG-Ⅰ)developed by Luoyang R&D Center of Technology of SINOPEC Engineering(Group)Co.,Ltd.and SINOPEC Guangzhou Engineering Co.,Ltd.provides flow pattern guarantee for the stable existence of micro interface system,and provides the best material distribution for the reactor without disturbing the gas-liquid phase interface.At present,this set of internal component technology has been successfully applied in the upflow diesel hydrogenation unit of a refinery,with advantages such as high operational flexibility,uniform material distribution,effective interception of catalysts,and difficulty in blocking.The application results show that under different operating conditions,the inlet radial temperature difference is less than 3.0℃,and the maximum radial temperature difference of the reactor is 2.9℃.The equipment itself has a small pressure drop,which can ensure that the upflow reactor can produce qualified products meeting the quality requirements of GuoⅥdiesel under more relaxed operating conditions.
