摘 要:大规模分布式光伏并网,可能会造成系统过电压,其不仅会对系统的稳定性和安全性造成威胁,也会限制光伏发电能力。为了防止过电压的发生,现基于光伏并网特性提出了一种自适应功率阈值的方法,该方法根据不同时间获取的节点电压和功率,按照算法实时预测光伏功率阈值,并与最大功率追踪算法确定的功率相比较,确定光伏注入配电网的功率,将节点电压控制在给定的安全阈值内,从根本上防止光伏高渗透导致的过电压。利用IEEE 33节点配电网络进行仿真,结果显示,无论是在均匀太阳辐照度下还是不同太阳辐照度下,所提方法均能将节点电压控制在1.058 p. u.之内,在发电高峰期节点电压会无限接近但不超过1.058 p. u.。结果证实了该方法能有效地将电压限制在给定的阈值内,并且最大限度地提高光伏发电能力。When large-scale distributed grid connection occurs,it may cause system overvoltage,which not only poses a threat to the stability and safety of the system,but also limits the photovoltaic power generation capaci-ty.In order to prevent the occurrence of overvoltage,an adaptive power threshold method based on the photo-voltaic grid connection characteristics is proposed.This method predicts the photovoltaic power threshold in re-al-time according to the algorithm based on the node voltage and power obtained at different times,and com-pares it with the power determined by the maximum power tracking algorithm to determine the power injected into the distribution network by the photovoltaic.The node voltage is controlled within a given safety threshold to fundamentally prevent overvoltage caused by high penetration of photovoltaics.The simulation results of the IEEE 33-node distribution network show that this method can control the node voltage within 1.058 p.u.,whether under uniform or different solar irradiances.During peak power generation periods,the node voltage will approach infinitely but not exceed 1.058 p.u.The results confirm that this method can effectively limit the voltage within a given threshold and maximize the photovoltaic power generation capacity.
