摘 要:钢筋混凝土双曲线自然通风冷却塔在国内外已广泛应用,地基不均匀沉降对冷却塔结构的影响是很复杂的,我国《工业循环水冷却设计规范》并未明确其具体的分析计算原则和方法,系统地研究地基不均匀沉降对超大型冷却塔结构的影响是很有意义的。使用ANSYS有限元分析软件对某1 000 MW核电项目超大型冷却塔结构进行有限元数值分析,重点分析冷却塔结构在三种典型不均匀沉降情况下的内力变化,并在此基础上进行强度配筋计算。研究发现不均匀沉降对环基和支柱的影响很大,对壳体的影响主要集中在进风口附近,半塔倾斜和两侧沉降是相对不利的沉降模式。该研究结果可为超大型冷却塔在应对地基不均匀沉降方面的设计提供参考。Reinforced concrete hyperbolic natural ventilation cooling tower has been widely used.The influence of uneven settlement of foundation on the cooling tower structure is very complicated.China’s Code for the De-sign of Industrial Circulating Water Cooling does not specify the specific analysis and calculation principles and methods.It is of great significance to systematically study the influence of uneven settlement of the foundation on the structure of ultra-large cooling towers.The ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to perform fi-nite element numerical analysis of ultra-large cooling tower structure of a 1000 MW nuclear power project,fo-cusing on the internal force changes of the cooling tower structure under three typical uneven settlement condi-tions,and on this basis,the strength reinforcement calculation is carried out.Uneven settlement has a great in-fluence on the ring base and pillar,and the influence on the shell is mainly concentrated near the air inlet,and the tilt of the half tower and settlement on both sides are relatively unfavorable settlement modes.The results can provide reference for the design of super large cooling towers in dealing with uneven settlement of the foun-dation.
