辽宁自贸区金融竞争力评价及辐射范围研究

摘　　要：文章选取辽宁自贸区的三个片区城市为研究对象,运用层次分析法和熵值法构建辽宁自贸区金融竞争力评价指标体系,运用改进的TOPSIS模型对辽宁自贸区金融竞争力水平进行综合分析评价,并借助威尔逊模型对辽宁自贸区金融辐射范围进行测度分析。研究结果表明:在金融竞争力方面,辽宁自贸区各片区金融竞争力水平存在较大差异,大连片区和沈阳片区作为东北地区的区域金融中心城市,金融资源较为集中,其金融竞争力明显高于其他城市;在金融辐射范围方面,沈阳片区的金融辐射力高于大连片区,基本覆盖了周边地区城市,辐射范围较为广泛。营口片区发展能力较弱,发展潜力较大。因此,辽宁自贸区三个片区城市应有针对性地推进金融发展,大连片区和沈阳片区在提升自身金融竞争力的同时,应发挥其区域金融中心作用,形成区域金融辐射网络,优化推动辽宁自贸区整体区域金融发展。This paper selects three cities in Liaoning Free Trade Zone as the research objects,uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy method to build the evaluation index system of financial competitiveness of Liaoning Free Trade Zone,uses the improved TOPSIS model to conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the level of financial competitiveness of Liaoning Free Trade Zone,and uses the Wilson model to measure and analyze the financial radiation range of Liaoning Free Trade Zone.The results show that:in terms of financial competitiveness,there are great differences in the level of financial competitiveness among the zones of Liaoning Free Trade Zone.Dalian and Shenyang,as the regional financial center cities in Northeast China,have more concentrated financial resources,and their financial competitiveness is obviously higher than other cities.In terms of financial radiation scope,the financial radiation power of Shenyang area is higher than that of Dalian area,basically covering the surrounding cities,and the radiation scope is relatively wide.The development capacity of Yingkou area is weak,and the development potential is large.Therefore,the three cities in Liaoning Free Trade Zone should promote financial development in a targeted way.While enhancing their ownfinancial competitiveness,Dalian and Shenyang should play the role of regional financial centers,form a regional financial radiation network,and optimize the overall regional financial development of Liaoning Free Trade Zone.
