摘  要:提出了一种可以提升聚乳酸3D打印制件力学性能及表面质量的后处理方法,即利用氯化钠纯粉作为模具介质的重熔工艺。通过差示扫描量热法分析、扫描电子显微镜观察、粗糙度测试等对制件性能及形貌进行分析与表征。结果表明:重熔工艺中,相同温度条件下,制件的力学性能与重熔时间无线性关系,需采用多种组合方式进行测试得到最佳重熔参数,即重熔温度为200℃,重熔时间为30 min时,样件拉伸强度为47.9 MPa,冲击强度为34 kJ/m^(2),表面由层纹状变为细小颗粒状,拉伸断面平整光滑,表面粗糙度为10.77μm。A remelting post-treatment process with pure NaCl powder as the mold medium to improve the mechanical properties and surface quality of polylactide 3D printing parts was proposed.The properties and morphology of the parts were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry,scanning electron microscopy and roughness test.The results show that the mechanical properties are not linearly proportional to the remelting time at the same temperature,so it is necessary to use a variety of combined methods to test and obtain the optimal remelting parameters.When the remelting temperature is 200℃,the remelting time is 30 min,the tensile strength of the parts is 47.9 MPa,the impact strength is 34 kJ/m^(2),the surface of the parts changes from laminar to fine particles,the tensile section is flat and smooth,and the surface roughness is 10.77μm.
