摘 要:醋酸纤维素(CA)是一种重要的生物基光学聚合物材料,传统的异相酯化生产工艺对其双折射的控制不利。本文通过纤维素在离子液体中的均相催化酯化反应合成了三醋酸纤维素(TCA),并通过溶液涂膜法制备了TCA光学薄膜。利用红外光谱、核磁共振、热重、动态机械分析、拉力测试、色度色差计、分光光度计和椭偏仪等手段对TCA膜的机械性能、热性能和光学性能进行了系统的分析和表征。结果表明,TCA膜具有良好的强度和韧性,其拉伸强度和杨氏模量分别98.4 MPa和1.6 GPa。TCA膜的热分解温度和玻璃化转变温度分别达到了380℃和213℃,具有较高的热稳定性。同时,TCA膜还具有优异的光学性能,其在可见光范围内的透光率高于92.0%,雾度值小于0.7%,特定波长下的双折射率为1.61×10-6。这些结果显示了离子液体均相催化酯化合成的TCA在柔性显示材料领域的潜在应用前景。Cellulose acetate(CA)is an important bio-based optical polymer material,and the traditional heterogeneous esterification production process is unfavorable for its birefringence control.In this paper,cellulose triacetate(TCA)was synthesized by homogeneously catalyzed esterification of cellulose in ionic liquid,and TCA optical film was prepared by solution coating method.The mechanical properties,thermal properties and optical properties of TCA film were systematically analyzed and characterized by means of infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance,thermogravimetry,dynamic mechanical analysis,tensile test,colorimeter,spectrophotometer and ellipsometer.The results show that the TCA film has good strength and toughness,and its tensile strength and Young s modulus are 98.4 MPa and 1.6 GPa,respectively.The thermal decomposition temperature and glass transition temperature of the TCA film reached 380℃and 213℃,respectively,showing high thermal stability.At the same time,TCA film also has excellent optical properties,its light transmittance in the visible light range is higher than 92.0%,the haze value is less than 0.7%,and the birefringence at a specific wavelength of 589 nm is 1.61×10-6.These results show the potential application of TCA synthesized by ionic liquid homogeneously catalyzed esterification in the field of flexible display materials.
