摘  要:在石油化工生产过程中,精馏过程无疑是每个装置能量消耗最大的工序之一,为了改善精馏过程高能耗问题,伴随着对常规分离过程不断地调整优化,一些新的工艺应运而生,热泵精馏工艺与多效精馏工艺便在其中且被广泛应用。本文借助流程模拟,对乙苯/苯乙烯分离过程采用常规精馏、热泵精馏技术与多效精馏技术进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,在完成相同分离任务的前提条件下,采用热泵精馏与多效精馏工艺均能够显著降低精馏过程的能耗,具有良好的经济效益和广泛的应用前景。In the process of petrochemical production,the distillation is undoubtedly the largest energy consumption process,In order to improve the high energy consumption in the distillation process,with the continuous improvement of traditional distillation process,some new processes emerge as the times require,in which include heat pump distillation process and multi-effect distillation process and is widely used.With the help of process simulation,the conventional distillation,heat pump distillation and multi-effect distillation in the separation process of ethylbenzene/styrene were analyzed.The analysis results show that both heat pump distillation and multi-effect distillation can significantly reduce the energy consumption of the distillation process under the precondition of completing the same separation task,and have good economic benefits and wide application prospects.
