摘  要:钢铁行业日益发展,对品种钢的生产控制过程要求也越来越高,结合生产冶炼需要,通过对Spectro LAB M12直读光谱仪性能检查,对分析曲线中各元素覆盖范围进行梳理,完成仪器各项性能验证和分析元素曲线的优化,开发钢中低于0.0020%含量的痕量碳、硫、氮、钒、钛、铌、钼等元素的检测方法,提高痕量元素的稳定性,并对不同钢种、不同仪器间进行了比对,对GB/T 4336-2016《碳素钢和中低合金钢多元素含量的测定火花放电原子发射光谱法(常规法)》国家标准各元素“适用范围”中的低含量段精密度验证,满足高端品种钢中各痕量金属元素检测。Combined with the needs of production and smelting,by combing the coverage of each element in the analysis curve of Spectro LAB M12 direct reading spectrometer,the optimization of the performance verification and analysis element curve of the instrument is completed,and the detection methods of trace carbon,sulfur,nitrogen,calcium,boron,lead,zinc and other elements with less than 0.0010% content in steel are developed,the stability of trace elements is improved,and different steel grades and instruments are compared.The accuracy verification of the low content section in the "scope of application" of each element of the national standard GB/T 4336-2016 "Determination of multi-element content of carbon steel and medium and low alloy steel Spark discharge atomic emission spectrometry(conventional method)" meets the detection of each trace metal element in high-end variety steel.
