摘　　要：新时代档案工作要走向依法治理、走向开放、走向现代化。文章立足档案机构改革和档案工作数字化转型,分析新时代档案法治建设的方向、转向和转型,在此基础上,从完善档案法规制度保障、加强档案行政执法和监督检查、优化档案普法宣传三方面提出新时代档案法治建设的优化路径。In the new era,archival work should move towards governing according to law,towards opening up,and towards modernization.Based on the reform of archives institutions and the digital transformation of archival work,this paper analyzes the direction,diversion and transformation of the construction of archives rule of law in the new era.On this basis,it puts forward the optimization path of the construction of archives rule of law in the new era from three aspects:improving the guarantee of archives laws and regulations,strengthening archives administrative law enforcement and supervision and inspection,and optimizing archives law popularization and publicity.
