摘　　要：文章首先阐述医保档案的特点,然后分析当下医保档案管理中的主要问题,最后从管理意识、管理体系、数字化建设、基础设施配置、队伍专业水平五个方面,提出新时期加强医保档案管理的优化对策,旨在优化医保档案管理流程,提高现代医疗保障服务质量,为同仁提供有效参考。Firstly,this paper elaborates on the characteristics of medical insurance archives,and then analyzes the main problems in the current management of medical insurance archives.Finally,from five aspects of management awareness,management system,digital construction,infrastructure configuration,and professional level of team,it proposes optimization strategies to strengthen medical insurance archives management in the new era,aiming to optimize the process of medical insurance archives management and improve the quality of modern medical security services,providing effective reference for peers.
