摘　　要：抗战时期,日军违背国际公法在河南许多地区进行细菌活体实验和毒气效力实验,发动细菌战与毒气战,残忍地杀害中国军人和无辜平民,给河南人民带来了深重的灾难,遗留下的化学武器给战后的河南带来诸多环境问题与其他问题。揭示侵华日军对河南地区发动细菌战与毒气战的真相是对历史的尊重,也希望能够以此长鸣警钟,珍惜和平,共筑和平时代。During the Anti-Japanese War,the Japanese army conducted living bacteriological experiments and experiments on the effectiveness of poison gas in many areas of Henan in violation of international public law.They waged bacteriological and poison gas warfare,brutally killing Chinese soldiers and innocent civilians and bringing heavy disasters to the people of Henan.The chemical weapons left behind brought many environmental and other problems to Henan after the war.To reveal the truth about the bacteriological and gas warfare waged by the Japanese invasion of Henan is to respect history,and hopefully this can ring the alarm in people to cherish peace and build a peaceful era together.
