摘　　要：水是生命的源泉,也是生态及生产的保障,农村饮水安全工程是党中央关心民生的重大举措,是一项惠及农村广大人民群众的民心工程,具有重要的社会意义,对保证农村地区的饮水安全具有重要作用。水源安全在农村饮水安全建设和管理中是很重要的一个环节,合理选择水源方案是农村饮水安全工程建设成败的关键,为较好地解决封丘县水源问题,根据封丘县地表水、地下水水分布情况从水源安全性、合理性、可行性等方面进行论证,通过水源认证,选择最合适的水源地,以改善封丘县居民饮用水质量。Water is the source of life,as well as the guarantee of ecology and production.The rural drinking water safety project is a major measure of the Party Central Committee's concern for people's livelihood,and a popular project that benefits the vast majority of rural people.It has important social significance and plays an important role in ensuring the safety of drinking water in rural areas.Water source safety is a very important link in the construction and management of rural drinking water safety.Reasonable selection of water source schemes is the key to the success or failure of rural drinking water safety engineering construction.In order to better solve the water source problem in Fengqiu County,based on the distribution of surface and groundwater water in Fengqiu County,the water source safety,rationality,feasibility,and other aspects are demonstrated.Through water source certification,the most suitable water source is selected to improve the drinking water quality standards of residents in Fengqiu County.
