商丘市沱河洪水风险分析及防御

摘　　要：为减轻商丘市沱河流域内可能发生的洪水灾害损失,文章对商丘市沱河洪水风险及防御进行探讨,根据商丘市沱河流域概况及历史洪水情况,经洪水风险分析,合理确定分洪方案,采取相应的防洪预警与应急响应措施,进行应急抢险,为沱河防汛指挥决策、防洪调度、抢险救灾提供参考意见,提出了问题和建议。In order to reduce the possible flood disaster losses in the Tuo He basin in Shangqiu City,this paper explores the flood risk and defense in the Tuhe River Basin in Shangqiu City.According to the general situation of the Tuo He basin in Shangqiu and the historical flood situation,the flood risk analysis was conducted to reasonably determine the flood diversion plan,take corresponding flood prevention early warning and emergency response measures,and carry out emergency rescue.The article provides reference opinions for flood control command decision-making,flood control scheduling,emergency rescue,and disaster relief in the Tuhe River Basin,and also proposes questions and suggestions.
