摘　　要：为了对水利工程建设决策进行客观的评价,确保水利决策的正确性,首先,构建水利工程决策审计体系框架;基于“六维一体”的重大水利工程决策审计结构构建决策审计指标体系;基于灰色管理评价理论对重大水利工程决策审计进行评价,并进行实证分析。研究发现该重大水利工程决策审计评价体系具有较强的适用性。研究结果可为水利工程决策审计评价工作提供参考。In order to objectively evaluate the construction decision of water conservancy projects and ensure the correctness of water conservancy decision,the following contents are carried out.Firstly,the framework of water conservancy projects decision-making audit system is constructed.Secondly,the decision audit index system is constructed based on the Six-dimensional Integrated decision audit structure of major water conservancy projects.Finally,the decision audit of major water conservancy projects is evaluated based on the gray management evaluation theory.An empirical analysis is also made.It is found that the decision-making audit and evaluation system of major water conservancy project has strong applicability.The results can provide reference for the decision audit evaluation of water conservancy projects.
