摘 要:为实现协同防控和政策制定的协同决策,研究并设计基于区块链的数据集成系统,利用区块链技术的可信性与不可篡改性实现疫情数据与政策信息的安全可信集成,提出并建立基于解析结构模型的政策分析方法,该模型可有效划分政策层级以分析各政策效用,依据此模型结果设计基于区块链的数据集成上链方法。通过Hyperledger Fabric实现该方案,搭建实验系统,验证其能够有效进行数据集成,可以通过接口开发多种数据分析应用,具有较高可扩展性。To realize the collaborative decision-making of collaborative prevention and control and policy formulation,a blockchain-based data integration system was researched and designed.The credibility and immutability of blockchain technology were used to realize the safe and trusted integration of epidemic data and policy information.A policy analysis method based on interpretive structural model(ISM)was proposed and established,which effectively divided policy levels to analyze the utility of various policies.A method of integrating data to chain based on blockchain was designed according to the results of ISM.Through the implementation of Hyperledger fabric,the experimental system was constructed.Experiment verifies that the scheme can effectively carry out the data integration.The scheme can also develop multiple data analysis applications through interfaces,so that it has high extensibility.
