摘 要:无论职场情境抑或在跨文化交流背景之下,交际既是目的,也是手段。本文聚焦职场汉语交际,阐释职场汉语的内涵和职场汉语的情境性、实用性和动态性特征;解析出职场汉语综合交际能力由汉语语言能力、主体因素、世界知识、社会文化能力、职场能力、沟通策略能力六种能力构成。针对当下职场汉语教学中存在的交际方面的问题,提出提升职场汉语综合交际能力的路径和策略。Under the background of workplace situation or intercultural communication,Communication is both the purpose and method.Focusing on Chinese communication in the workplace this paper explains the intension of Chinese in the workplace and the main characteristics such as situationality,practicality and dynamicity.It presents that the comprehensive communication ability of Chinese in workplace consists of six abilities;they are Chinese language ability,subject factor,world knowledge,social and cultural ability,workplace ability and communication strategy ability.Based on the communication problem with the teaching Chinese in workplace,this paper proposes the approach and strategy which improves the comprehensive communication ability of Chinese in the workplace.
