摘  要:《茗洲吴氏家典》是在清廷文教政策和徽州礼教大背景下出现的一部家礼书。它对礼经和《家礼》所记礼仪既有遵从,也有变通。其对礼之大体的继承和变通,折射出传统礼教所具有的强大生命力。《家典》在制定冠、婚、丧、祭诸礼时,择时俗之可从者不多,而对时俗的批判不遗余力。《家典》具有清代家礼书的共性,然与其他家礼书相比,其更看重的是礼而不是俗。The Mingzhou Wu Family Code is a family ritual book that emerged in the context of the Qing Dynasty’s cultural and educational policies and Huizhou’s etiquette and education.It follows and adapts the etiquette recorded in The Book of Rites and The Family Rites.Its general inheritance and adaptation of etiquette reflect the strong vitality of traditional ethics.When formulating various rituals such as coronation,marriage,funeral,and sacrificial ceremonies in The Family Code,there are not many options for choosing the customs of the times,and no effort is spared in criticizing the customs of the times.The Family Code has the commonality of the Qing Dynasty’s family ritual books,but compared to other family ritual books,it places more emphasis on etiquette rather than vulgarity.
