摘 要:随着电、碳市场联系日趋紧密,电力行业主体在参与碳排放权交易时应充分考虑现货市场的影响。文中提出了一种考虑现货电能量交易的发用电主体碳排放权交易决策模型。首先,提出了现行电力市场模式下发用电主体参与碳交易优化决策的总体框架,考虑到电、碳市场在运行时间尺度上的差异,通过将交易周期离散化和动态刷新碳排放权交易结果,保障了电力市场和碳市场在出清机制方面的良好衔接和有效协同。其次,在碳排放权交易决策模型中,截至当前时点的所有既定成交的电、碳交易结果均被合理考虑,并在前序的现货电能量市场出清过程中将碳成本等要素纳入考量。此外,同步考虑了碳市场环境下碳排放权配额缺口、履约期压力效应等对主体交易行为的潜在影响,构建各类碳市场要素对主体决策相关量、价参数的映射关系。最后,通过算例验证了所提模型能够良好反映碳市场环境下发用电主体的竞价决策过程。As the electricity and carbon markets become more interconnected,the impact of spot markets should be fully considered when the power industry entities participate in the carbon emission trading.The paper proposes a decision-making model of carbon emission trading for power generators and consumers considering electricity spot trading.First,an overall framework for the optimal decision-making of power generators and consumers participating in the carbon emission trading in the current electricity market mode is proposed.Considering the differences in the time scales between the electricity and carbon markets,the clearing mechanisms of the electricity and carbon markets are connected well and coordinated effectively by means of scattering the trading cycles and dynamically updating the results of carbon emission tradings.Then,in the carbon emission trading decision-making model,all the established electricity and carbon trading results as of the current time are taken into account reasonably,and factors such as carbon cost are also included in the previous clearing process of the electricity spot market.Moreover,this paper considers the potential impact of the carbon emission quota gap and the effect of compliance period pressure on the entity trading behaviors in the carbon market,and constructs the mapping relationship between various carbon market factors and relevant quantity/price parameters of entity decision-making.Finally,numerical cases are used to verify that the proposed model can effectively reflect the bidding decision-making process of power generators and consumers in the carbon market.
