摘  要:现有变压器轻瓦斯保护仅依赖瓦斯继电器气室内聚集气体体积而动作,一方面,易受窝气等多种非故障因素影响误发告警信号;另一方面,运维人员需要在告警后从变压器取气盒人工取气,存在极大安全隐患。文中进行了变压器内部典型放电类缺陷的试验,得到了变压器内部放电类缺陷发展过程中游离气体的产气特征及变化规律,并提出了基于游离气体特征的新型轻瓦斯保护技术,研制了集自动取气、自动分析、自动诊断为一体的新型轻瓦斯保护装置,可及时切除变压器内部故障,防止事故进一步发展扩大。The operation of existing transformer Buchholz protection only relies on the volume of accumulated gas in the gas chamber of the Buchholz relay.On the one hand,the protection is susceptible to various non-fault factors such as gas stall,which can lead to incorrect alarm signaling.On the other hand,operation and maintenance personnel need to conduct manual gas sampling from the transformer gas box after the alarm,which poses a significant safety hazard.This paper conducts experiments on typical discharge defects inside transformers,and obtains the gas production characteristics and variation patterns of free gas during the development process of internal discharge defects in transformers.A novel Buchholz protection technology based on characteristics of free gas is proposed,and a novel Buchholz protection device is developed,which integrates automatic gas extraction,automatic analysis and automatic diagnosis.It can timely clear internal faults in transformers and prevent accidents from further developing and expanding.
