摘  要:目的了解徐州市手足口病的病原学特征,为制定手足口病防治策略提供科学依据。方法收集2017—2021年徐州地区手足口病病例咽拭子标本,采用逆转录荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction,RT-qPCR)法分析其肠道病毒核酸,应用Excel 2013软件整理检测结果,SPSS 22.0软件分析样本阳性率进行χ^(2)检验。结果共收集手足口病病例样本1748份,阳性率为83.18%,其中柯萨奇病毒A组6(Coxsackie virus A6,CV-A6)型阳性率最高(36.27%);除2020年,其余各年份肠道病毒阳性率为80.00%~89.00%,阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.272,P<0.001),CV-A6型在各年份皆处于优势地位;男、女性肠道病毒阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.526,P<0.001),1~<5岁年龄组肠道病毒阳性病例比例最高,占总病例数的81.77%;CV-A6型在9月阳性率最高,为52.90%,各月份肠道病毒阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=23.029,P=0.018);徐州市各地区肠道病毒阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=110.360,P<0.001),其中丰县、贾汪区和新沂市阳性率较高,分别为97.00%,92.98%和88.85%。结论引起徐州市手足口病的肠道病毒以CV-A6型为主,存在地区、年份和年龄差异,CV-A6型肠道病毒阳性率对季节敏感,应制定针对性防范措施,以防止肠道病毒暴发。Objective To understand the etiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease in Xuzhou City and provide scientific evidence for a strategy to prevent and control hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods The samples of pharyngeal swabs from the cases of hand-foot-mouth disease in Xuzhou City from 2017 to 2021 were collected.Reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)was employed to analyze the nucleic acids of Enterovirus.Excel 2013 software was applied to collate the test results.SPSS 22.O software was performed to analyze the positive rates of samples usingχ^(2)test.Results A total of 1748 samples of hand-foot-mouth disease cases were collected,with a positive rate of 83.18%,and the highest positive rate(36.27%)for Coxsackie virus A6(CV-A6).Except for 2020,the positive rates of Enterovirus ranged from 80.00%to 89.00%in all other years,with the statistically significant difference in the positive rates(χ^(2)=18.272,P<0.001),and CV-A6 type was the major Enterovirus in all years.There was a statistically significant difference of the positive rates of Enterovirus between male and female(χ^(2)=14.526,P<0.001),with the highest proportion of Enterovirus positive cases in the age group of 1 to younger than 5 years old,accounting for 81.77%of the total number of cases.CV-A6 type showed the highest positive rate of 52.90%in September,and there was statistically significant difference in the positive rates of Enterovirus in each month(χ^(2)=23.029,P=0.018).The differences in the positive rates of Enterovirus among different areas of Xuzhou City were statistically significant(χ^(2)=110.360,P<0.001),with the higher positive rates in Feng County,Jiawang District and Xinyi City of 97.00%,92.98%and 88.85%,respectively.Conclusion CV-A6 type is the major type of Enterovirus causing hand-foot-mouth disease in Xuzhou City,and there are differences in areas,years and ages.The positive rate of CV-A6 type of Enterovirus is sensitive to seasons.It is necessary to prepare targeted preventive measures to avoi
