摘 要:目的探讨石家庄市西部某山区建档立卡贫困居民的人口金字塔及血脂异常现况,为制定人口政策及血脂异常疾病的防治提供参考依据。方法2020年12月整群抽取河北省石家庄市西部某山区某乡建档立卡贫困户2134户,共5248人,对研究人群进行人口金字塔特征及不同性别、不同年龄人群的血脂异常现况和趋势分析。结果研究人群老年人口系数24.11%,男女性别比为1.07∶1,0~4岁的男女人口比例均明显降低(男:1.47%,女:1.81%)。血脂异常检出率为52.08%,女性高总胆固醇、低高密度脂蛋白检出率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.426,P=0.001;χ^(2)=4.547,P=0.033);60~<70岁血脂异常检出率最高,男性和女性分别为76.43%和76.60%。不同年龄男性和女性血脂异常检出率差异有统计学意义(男:χ^(2)=680.361,P<0.001;女:χ^(2)=547.509,P<0.001),检出率随年龄增加呈上升趋势(男:χ^(2)=608.649,P<0.001;女:χ^(2)=511.932,P<0.001)。结论石家庄西部某山区某乡建档立卡贫困人口老龄化加剧,血脂异常检出率较高,血脂异常疾病的防治工作需引起足够重视。Objective To explor the population pyramid and dyslipidemia of poor registered residents in a western mountainous area of Shijiazhuang City,and to provide a reference for the formulation of population policy and the prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia.Methods In December 2020,2134 registered poor households with a total of 5248 people were selected from a town in the western mountainous area of Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province.The characteristics of the population pyramid and the status and trend of dyslipidemia in different gender and age groups were analyzed.Results The elderly population coefficient of the study population was 24.11%and the male to female ratio was 1.07:1,and the male to female population ratio of 0-4 years old was significantly decreased(male:1.47%,female:1.81%).The detection rate of dyslipidemia was 52.08%.The detection rate of high total cholesterol and low high-density lipoprotein in women was higher than that in men,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.426,P=0.001;χ^(2)=4.547,P=0.033).The detection rate of dyslipidemia was highest in 60-<70 years old population,76.43%in males and 76.60%in females.The differences in the detection rate of dyslipidemia between males and females in different age groups were statistically sigificant(male:χ^(2)=680.361,P<0.001;female:χ^(2)=547.509,P<0.001),and the detection rate increased with the increase of age(male:χ^(2)=608.649,P<0.001;female:χ^(2)=511.932,P<0.001).Conclusion nThe aging of the registered poor population in a township in the western mountainous area of Shijiazhuang has intensified,and the detection rate of dyslipidemia is high.The prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia need to be paid enough attention.
