摘　　要：本世纪以来WHO强烈推荐青蒿素衍生物作为抢救和治疗疟疾的一线药物,该类药物对疟疾患者体内无性体疟原虫有高效、速效和对机体低毒的作用,在全球挽救了无数患者的生命。国内外科学家研究发现并证实,该类药物同时对疟原虫的有性体在传疟按蚊体内的发育期有阻断作用,单独一种抗疟药同时有治疗和阻断疟疾传播的双重作用,这在奎宁类药物中是不具备的,且该类药物在流行病学方面意义重大。Since the beginning of this century,WHO has strongly recommended artemisinin derivatives as the first-line drugs for the rescue and treatment of malaria.These drugs provide high efficiency,quick effect to asexual Plasmodium in malaria patients and low toxicity to human organisms,and have saved the lives of countless malaria patients all over the world.Scientists at home and abroad have found and confirmed that the kind of drugs can block the development of the sexual stages of Plasmodium in Anopheles that transmit malaria at the same time,and that a single antimalarial drug can both treat and block the transmission of malaria,which is not available in quinine drugs and this type of drug has great significance in epidemiology.
