摘　　要：随着新冠肺炎疫情的不断蔓延,生物安全显得尤其重要。结合某校微生物与病原生物学教研室的管理制度,本文分别从强化生物安全实验室等级概念、培养生物安全意识、建立良好实验习惯、规范科研人员实验操作、正确使用实验室科学仪器、提高科研人员实验技能、安全处理实验废弃物7个方面,探讨如何提升医学微生物学研究人员平时工作的生物安全意识,有效保证研究人员人身安全和实验室环境安全,为科研工作顺利进行奠定基础。With the continuous spread of COVID-19 epidemic,biosafety has become particularly important.Based on the management system of the Department of Microbiology and Pathogen Biology of a certain university,this paper discusses how to strengthen the biosafety awareness of medical microbiology researchers from 7 aspects,including to strengthen the concept of biosafety laboratory levels,cultivate biosafety awareness,establish good experimental habits,standardize the experimental operation of scientific research personnel,correctly using laboratory scientific instruments,improve the experimental skills of researchers and safely dispose of experimental wastes,exploring how to enhance the biosafety awareness of medical microbiology researchers in their usual work,to effectively ensure the safety of researchers and the safety of the laboratory environment,and to lay the foundation for the smooth progress of the scientific research work.
