穴位敷贴与大蠊萃取液治疗男性艾滋病口腔黏膜受损的疗效

摘　　要：目的评价吴茱萸双足底涌泉穴敷贴联合控温美国大蠊萃取液涂敷口腔黏膜受损处治疗男男性行为艾滋病患者口腔黏膜受损的疗效,探讨有效的治疗方法。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月某院进行治疗的男男性行为艾滋病患者且合并口腔黏膜损伤的92例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为研究组46例和对照组46例。研究组给予穴位敷贴联合美国大蠊萃取液进行治疗,对照组给予常规方法进行治疗。观察2组患者的唾液炎症因子水平、生活质量、疼痛指数、焦虑和抑郁评分。结果治疗后,研究组患者唾液内γ-干扰素(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、和肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平低于对照组(t=5.302、9.961、7.792,P<0.05),白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)含量高于对照组(t=4.728,P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者的人β防御素(human beta defensin,HBD)-2和HBD-3水平均显著下降(研究组t=16.841、29.970,P<0.05;对照组t=9.549、20.391,P<0.05),研究组患者的HBD-2和HBD-3水平低于对照组(t=6.999、8.804,P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者的疼痛指数均显著下降(t=23.617,14.297,P<0.05),研究组患者的疼痛指数低于对照组(t=14.707,P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者的焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分均下降(研究组t=12.210、12.624,P<0.05;对照组t=4.594、4.971,P<0.05),研究组患者的SAS和SDS评分低于对照组(t=8.114、9.086,P<0.05);研究组患者的生活质量良好率和治疗依从率均高于对照组(χ^(2)=5.720、5.360,P<0.05)。结论穴位敷贴联合控温美国大蠊萃取液能有效治疗对于男男性行为艾滋病患者口腔黏膜受损情况,值得在临床上推广。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of double plantar Yongquan acupoint application of Evodia rutaecarpa combined with temperature-controlled Periplaneta Americana extract applied on the damaged oral mucosa in the treatment of oral mucosal damage in men who have sex with men(MSM)with AIDS patients,and to explore effective treatment methods.Methods A total of 92 cases of MSM with AIDS patients combined with oral mucosal damage who were treated in a hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the randomized numerical table method,they were divided into 46 cases in the study group and 46 cases in the control group.Patients in the study group were treated with acupoint application combined with extract of Periplaneta Americana,while patients in the control group were treated with conventional methods.The levels of salivary inflammatory factors,quality of life,pain index,and anxiety and depression scores were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of interferon-(INF-),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the saliva of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group(t=5.302,9.961,and 7.792,P<0.05),and the level of interleukin-10(IL-10)was higher than that in the control group(t=4.728,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of human beta defensin(HBD)-2 and HBD-3 decreased significantly in both groups(t=16.841,and 29.970,P<0.05 in the study group;t=9.549,and 20.391,P<0.05 in the control group),and the levels of HBD-2 and HBD-3 of patients were lower in the study group than in the control group(t=6.999,and 8.804,P<0.05).After treatment,the pain indices of patients in both groups decreased significantly(t=23.617,and 14.297,P<0.05),and the pain indices of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group(t=14.707,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of patients in both groups decreased(t=12.210,and 12.624,P<0.05 in the study g
