摘 要:目的采用系统性评价方法分析问题导向式学习(problem-based learning,PBL)法及以授课为基础的学习(lecture-based learning,LBL)法对寄生虫学课程教学和效果的影响,探究PBL教学法对寄生虫学课程教学的意义。方法全面检索中国知网、万方、维普、公共医学(Public Medicine,PubMed)等中英文数据库,搜集有关寄生虫学教学课程中PBL教学效果评价的文献,检索时限均从建库截至2022年3月。对搜集到的文献进行偏移和质量评价,采用Review Manager软件进行系统性评价。结果共纳入22篇文献,为随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT)和描述性研究(descriptive study,DS)。Meta分析结果显示,PBL教学法和LBL教学法相比,学生的考试成绩及考试成绩优秀人数差异有统计学意义,分别为[中位数(median,MD)=5.06,95%CI:3.16~6.97,P<0.001]和[RR=1.40,95%CI:1.06~1.83,P=0.020]。结论PBL教学法的教学效果显著优于LBL教学法,启示PBL教学法对促进寄生虫学课程教学有重要意义。Objective To analyze the influence of problem-based learning(PBL)and lecture-based learning(LBL)methods on the effectiveness of parasitology course teaching using a systematic evaluation method,and to explore the significance of PBL teaching method in teaching parasitology course.Methods A comprehensive retrieval of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Public Medicine(PubMed)and other Chinese and English databases was conducted to collect the literature regarding the evaluation of PBL teaching effectiveness in parasitology teaching courses,and the retrieval time limit was all from the establishment of the databases to March 2022.The deviation and quality evaluation of the collected literature were carried out for offset and quality,using Review Manager software for systematic evaluation.Results A total of 22 literatures were included as randomized controlled trial(RCT)and descriptive study(DS).Meta-analysis results showed that there were statistically significant differences between students test scores and the number of students with excellent test scores of the students compared to the PBL teaching method and the LBL teaching method,respectively[median(MD)=5.06,95%CI:3.16-6.97,P<0.001]and[RR=1.40,95%CI:1.06-1.83,P=0.020].Conclusion The teaching effect of the PBL teaching method is significantly better than that of the LBL teaching method,which revealed that the PBL teaching method is of great significance for promoting parasitology course teaching.
