摘 要:目的了解2017—2020年绵阳市土源性线虫的感染现状,为制定有针对性的防治措施提供科学依据。方法绵阳市以县为单位按地理方位选择东、西、南、北、中5个片区,每片区抽取1个乡镇的1个行政村开展监测,每个行政村整群抽取3岁以上常住居民不少于200人。收集粪样,采用改良加藤厚涂片法检测土源性线虫感染情况,计算感染率。感染率间比较采用χ^(2)检验。结果2017—2020年绵阳市共监测6054人,检出4种土源性线虫(钩虫、蛔虫、蛲虫、鞭虫),人群土源性线虫感染率为3.24%(196/6054)。人群总感染率呈逐年下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=95.94,P<0.001)。不同职业人群感染的主要虫种不同,学龄前儿童以蛲虫感染为主;农民以钩虫感染为主。结论2017—2020年绵阳市土源性线虫感染处于较低水平,呈逐年下降趋势,农村老人和儿童是寄生虫病感染的重点人群。需多部门共同参与,积极开展有针对性的防控工作,进一步降低该类人群的感染风险,以巩固土源性线虫感染的防治成果。Objective To understand the infection status of Soil-transmitted nematode in Mianyang from 2017 to 2020,so as to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of targeted prevention and control measures.Methods Each county in Mianyang was divided into five areas according to geographical position:east,west,south,north and center,and one administrative village of one town was selected from each area for monitoring.No less than 200 permanent residents over 3 years old were selected by cluster sampling in each administrative village.The stool samples were collected,and the Soil-transmitted nematode infections were detected by a modified Kato′s thic-smear technique,and the infection rates were calculated.Chi-square test was used to compare the infection rates.Results From 2017 to 2020,a total of 6054 people in Mianyang City were monitored and 4 species of Soil-transmitted nematode were detected(Hookworm,Ascaris lumbricoides,Enterobius and Trichuris).The infection rate of Soil-transmitted nematode in the population was 3.24%(196/6054).The total infection rate of the population showed a decreasing trend year by year,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=95.94,P<0.001).The main species of nematode infected by different occupational groups were different.Enterobius vermicularis infection predominated in preschool children and Necator americanus infection predominated in farmers.Conclusion From 2017 to 2020,Soil-transmitted nematode is at a low level and shows a trend of decrease year by year in Mianyang.The elderly and children in rural areas are the key population of parasitic diseases.In order to consolidate the control achievements of Soil-transmitted nematode infections,multi-sector cooperation is required to actively carry out targeted prevention and control work to further reduce the risk of infection in this population.
