摘　　要：目的分析注射A型肉毒毒素治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效及对面部皮肤潮红的影响。方法自2019年5月至2020年7月,石家庄市人民医院收治红斑血管型及丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮患者74例,将患者随机分为对照组及观察组,37例/组。对照组给予常规对症治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用皮肤注射A型肉毒毒素治疗。由2名医师对患者的临床疗效、潮红症状问卷(flushing symptom questionnaire,FSQ)、临床红斑评估量表(clinician’s erythema assessment,CEA)、观察组总体评分(investigator’s global assessment,IGA)及不良反应进行盲态评估。结果两组患者治疗后皮损积分,发作频率4~6次、≥7次及持续时间≥121 min,总体自我评价、生活质量影响、睡眠质量影响评价,CEA和IGA量表评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组患者皮损积分,发作频率4~6、≥7次及持续时间≥121 min,总体自我评价、生活质量影响、睡眠质量影响评价中CEA和IGA评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总临床疗效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论注射A型肉毒毒素治疗玫瑰痤疮可提高患者皮肤治疗效果,减少面部潮红、红斑,且有较高的安全性。Objective To investigate the efficacy of intradermal botulinum toxin type A injection for the treatment of flushing of rosacea patients.Methods Seventy-four patients of erythematous vascular type rosacea and/or papulopustular rosacea in our hospital from May 2019 to July 2020 were enrolled,and randomly divided into two groups,with 37 cases in each group.Control group received routine treatment,while study group received routine treatment combined with intradermal botulinum toxin injection.Patients'clinical outcome,flushing symptom questionnaire(FSQ),clinician's erythema assessment scale(CEA),investigator's global assessment(IGA)and adverse effects were assessed by two physicians.Results After treatment,there was a decrease in lesion score,seizure frequency of4-6,frequency≥7 times and duration of≥121 min,moderate and extremely severe rates of overall self-evaluation,quality of life impact,sleep quality impact evaluation,as well as the moderate to severe rates of CEA,IGA scale of both groups(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in study group than in control group(P>0.05).The clinical efficacy of study group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and no adverse reaction occurred in both groups.Conclusion Intradermal botulinum toxin type A injection is effective and safe in the treatment of erythema and flushing of rosacea patients.
