摘  要:目的探讨一种修复额部扁平的个性化的3D打印的新方法,评价该方法疗效。方法自2020年10月至2022年9月,解放军总医院第一医学中心收治3例额部扁平的患者,采用数字化3D打印技术设计个性化聚醚醚酮(polyetheretherketone,PEEK)额部修复体,将个性化的额部修复体与前额骨用钛钉牢固内固定以修复额部扁平。结果3例患者术后获随访7~25个月,患者额部扁平获得矫正,额头饱满圆润,上面部轮廓协调性明显改善,未发生术后并发症。结论PEEK假体为临床修复额部扁平提供了一个适合的新的选择,临床效果较好。Objective This study aimed to explore a novel method of personalized three-dimension(3D) printing for repairing the frontal flattening, and evaluate its efficacy. Methods From October 2020 to March 2022, digital 3D printing technology was applied to design personalized polyetheretherketone(PEEK) frontal prostheses in 3 cases with frontal flattening, and titanium screws were firmly fixed to the frontal bone to repair the frontal flattening. Results The flat forehead of all cases has been significantly improved 7 to 25 months after the operation, and the forehead is full and round. The facial contour reconstruction met the aesthetic standard, and no surgical complications occurred. Conclusion The PEEK prosthesis based on 3D printing technology provides an individualized and promising new option for clinical restoration of frontal flattening.
