摘  要:对C.I.分散红54生产工艺进行了探索和优化。以产品纯度为指标,通过Plackett-Burman实验从浓硫酸用量、亚硝酰硫酸用量、重氮反应温度、偶合反应pH以及偶合反应温度五个影响因素中筛选出显著因素;再通过Box-Behnken分析并进行组合优化,获得最佳工艺条件:浓硫酸用量2.8 mol,亚硝酰硫酸用量1.06 mol,偶合反应温度9.8℃,在此条件下,得到染料纯度为92.5%,车间放大生产所得产物纯度为92.7%。The process of C.I.Disperse Red 54 was explored and optimized.Using product purity as an indicator,significant factors were selected through the Plackett-Burman experiment from five influencing factors.Through Box-Behnken analysis and combination optimization,the optimal process conditions were obtained:the amount of concentrated sulfuric acid was 2.8 mol,the amount of nitrite sulfuric acid was 1.06 mol,and the coupling reaction temperature was 9.8℃.In the conditions,the purity of the dye was 92.5%,and the purity of the product obtained from scaled up in the plant was 92.7%.
