摘　　要：本文探究了促染剂LYF对四支染料上染锦纶66织物K/S值的效果;考察了染色温度、促染剂用量、醋酸用量、染料浓度对锦纶66织物的影响;绘制了上染曲线,测试了锦纶66织物的耐皂洗、耐汗渍、耐泡水牢度。结果表明,当染色温度为100℃,促染剂浓度为0.5%时,促染剂对0.5~6%染料浓度的锦纶66织物均有促染效果,基本可以替代醋酸,耐皂洗和耐汗渍牢度均达3级以上,耐泡水牢度比醋酸好。The effect of dyeing promoter LYF on the K/S value of Nylon 66 fabrics dyed with four dyes was studied;and the effects of dyeing temperature,dyeing promoter dosage,acetic acid dosage and dye concentration on Nylon 66 fabrics were investigated;the dyeing curves were plotted,and the fastnesses to soap washing,to perspiration and to soaking of Nylon 66 fabrics were tested.The results showed that when the dyeing temperature was 100℃and the concentration of dyeing promoter LYF was 0.5%,the promoter has dye-promoting effect on Nylon 66 fabrics between 0.5~6%dye concentration.The dyeing promoter could almost replace acetic acid.With the dyeing promoter,the color fastnesses to soap washing and to perspiration of Nylon 66 fabrics were more than grade 3,and the fastness to soaking was better than that of acetic acid.
