摘　　要：随着国际化进程的加快促使传染病传播方式和扩散途径呈多样化和快速化,病原微生物的跨物种感染和跨地域传播风险加剧,全球生物安全形势日趋复杂严峻。高等级生物安全实验室是从事高致病性病原微生物科学研究的重要技术平台,是保护实验室工作人员不被感染、外界环境不受污染的关键防护屏障。生物安全是国家安全的重要防线,建设布局完善的高等级生物安全实验室体系是国家安全的重要支撑保障。介绍了高等级生物安全实验室的发展历史、风险分析并归纳总结了实验室管理运行中存在的问题,并提出了今后高等级生物安全实验室的发展建议,为促进我国高等级生物安全实验室平稳健康发展提供参考。At present,the transmission mode and spread route of infectious diseases are gradually diversified and complicated along with the rapid internationalization of the world.The increased risk of cross-species infection and cross-geographical transmission of pathogenic microorganisms makes the global biosecurity situation more serious.The high-Level biosafety laboratory is the high level of biosafety protection,and an important technical platform for the detection and scientific research of highly pathogenic microorganisms.It is also a barrier to protect staff working in the laboratory and the external environment from infection and pollution.Biosafety is an important defense line of national security,and a complete high-Level biosafety laboratory system is an essential support for national security.This paper concisely introduces the development history and risk analysis of the high-Level biosafety laboratory,summarizes operation problems,and puts forward some valuable proposal for the development of high-Level biosafety laboratory in future,which may provide a reference for the development of the high-Level biosafety laboratory in China.
