摘　　要：针对目前机载RS422总线信号采集过程中出现的多通道、高码速率、非标准波特率等信号特点,设计了一种8通道高码速率机载RS422总线信号采集板,该型采集板通用性强,可满足地面或空中多种采集环境下的RS422总线信号数据采集。采集板可通过上位机配置板卡各通道参数,实现了多通道任意波特率(20Mbps以内)下机载RS422总线信号数据的同步模式采集传输和异步模式采集传输,数据帧可支持数据启停位、校验位、数据帧协议的编程配置,最高支持8通道20Mbps机载RS422总线信号数据同步模式或异步模式的采集传输,为现行新机试飞过程中机载RS422总线信号数据的采集传输提供了硬件支撑。Aiming at the process of airborne RS422 bus signal acquisition,signal characteristics like multi-channel,high code rate,non-standard baud rate have occurred,an eight-channels and high code rate airborne RS422 bus signal acquisition board is designed,this acquisition board has strong versatility,it can satisfiable the multiple acquisition environments(on the ground or in the air)of the RS422 bus signal data acquisition.The parameters of each channel of the board can be configured by the uppercomputer,the acquisition and transmission in synchronous and asynchronous mode of airborne RS422 bus signal data under multi-channel and arbitrary baud rate(less than 20Mbps)are realized,the data frame can support the programming configuration by change the parameters(start and stop bits,parity bit,frame protocol)of the data,the acquisition and transmission in synchronous or asynchronous mode of airborne RS422 bus signal data support eight-channels(highest)and 20Mbps,it provides hardware support for the acquisition and transmission of airborne RS422 bus signal data during the test flight of the new aircraft.
