摘  要:目前移动通信网络优化工作重点是提升客户满意度,打造人心红利竞争优势,5G上网业务涉及终端、无线、核心网、服务器等端到端各环节,用户感知问题极难分析定位处理。在通信数智化转型时期,为高质效处理用户感知问题,文章提出了一种基于XDR的感知问题端到端定界方法,结合用户N3的通用话单、HTTP话单数据等多维度数据分析定位,将用户手机上网感知问题精准四维定界,有助于快速分析定位用户感知问题,提高一线人员投诉处理质效。At present,the focus work of mobile communication network optimization is to improve customer satisfaction and create a competitive advantage of people's hearts.5G data service involves terminals,wireless,core network,server and other end-to-end links,and the user perception problem is extremely difficult to analyze,locate and deal with.In the transformation period of communication digital intelligence,in order to deal with the user perception problem with high quality and efficiency this paper proposes an end-to-end delimitation method of perception problem based on XDR,which combines the multidimensional data analysis and positioning of user N3,universal CDR,HTTP CDR data,and so on,accurately delimitation of the user's Internet access perception problem to four dimensions,which helps to quickly analyze and locate the user perception problem.Improve the quality and efficiency of complaint handling by front-line personnel.
