摘　　要：全球每年向大气排放约510亿吨的温室气体,全球升温趋势日益凸显,减少温室气体排放、减缓气候变暖进程已成为国际社会广泛共识。2003年,在能源安全与气候变化的双重压力下,英国首次提出低碳经济的概念,随后,低碳经济的概念逐渐深入到各国经济社会发展过程中。中国在2020年9月22日联合国大会上正式提出“双碳”目标,承诺到2030年中国的二氧化碳排放将达到峰值,到2060年,中国将实现碳中和;国务院在2021年印发《2030年前碳达峰行动方案》,聚焦2030年前碳达峰目标,对推进碳达峰工作作出总体部署;不久前召开的中央金融工作会议上,将“绿色金融”列为“五篇大文章”之一。这些政策主张为我国绿色低碳发展提供了指引。Under the guidance of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council of the People's Republic of China,the financial industry carries out national strategies for green finance.It promotes the development of green finance practices through technological innovation.In the "Cover Story"section,we invite experts from the People's Bank of China Hubei Provincial Branch and financial institutions in Hubei to share their achievements of green finance innovation and outlook for the future of the innovation.
