数字经济影响绿色技术创新的路径研究

摘　　要：随着数字技术的发展和应用,数字经济不仅推动着传统产业的转型升级,同时也对绿色发展产生了重要的影响。本文基于2011—2021年31个省份的面板数据,利用中介效应模型与门槛回归技术实证考察了数字经济对绿色技术创新的影响机制与实现条件。研究表明,数字经济能够有效促进绿色技术创新,与西部地区相比,东中部地区数字经济的促进效果更为显著;且这种促进作用在交通类、废弃物管理类、农林类和行政监管与设计类等绿色技术上更加明显。机制检验结果显示,资源配置效应和金融集聚效应是数字经济驱动绿色技术创新的重要传导机制。进一步研究发现,数字经济对绿色技术创新的促进作用随着知识产权保护力度和互联网基础设施完善程度的提升呈“边际效应递增”趋势,随着人力资本水平的提高则呈“边际效应递减”趋势。With the development and application of digital technology,the digital economy not only promotes the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries but also has an impact on green development.This research article examines the mechanism and implementation conditions of the digital economy's impact on green technology innovation using panel data from 31 provinces in China between 2011 and 2021.Combining the mediation effect model and the threshold regression technique,our study provides empirical evidence that the digital economy effectively promotes green technology innovation.Moreover,we found that the promotion effect of the digital economy is more significant in the eastern and central regions compared with the western region.Green technologies such as transportation,waste management,agriculture and forestry,and administrative supervision and design show a higher influence.Resource allocation and financial agglomeration effects are essential transmission mechanisms for the digital economy to drive green technology innovation.Interestingly,we found that the promotion effect of the digital economy on green technology innovation shows a"marginal effect increase"trend with the progress of intellectual property protection and internet infrastructure.However,we also found a"marginal effect decrease"relation with an increase in human capital level.
