摘　　要：后疫情时代,外部环境充满不确定性,市场竞争愈发激烈,越来越多的制造业企业将服务化作为提升市场竞争力的重要途径,服务化成为制造业高质量发展的重要方向。为系统把握制造业服务化的研究进展,本文基于1999—2021年CNKI数据库收录的文章,利用CiteSpace可视化软件,对制造业服务化热点演变进行研究并构建框架。在此基础上,从“双循环”新发展格局、高质量发展、绿色低碳和数字化驱动等视角,提出制造业服务化研究的未来展望。In the post-COVID-19 era,the external environment is full of uncertainties and market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.More and more manufacturing enterprises take servitization as an important way to improve market competitiveness,and servitization has become an important direction for high-quality development of manufacturing industry.In order to systematically grasp the research progress of servitization in the manufacturing industry,based on the articles collected in the CNKI database from 1999 to 2021,this paper studies the trend evolution of servitization in the manufacturing industry and constructs a framework.On this basis,from the perspectives of the new development pattern of"double cycle",high-quality development,green and low-carbon and digitalized drive,the future prospect of manufacturing servitization research is proposed.
