摘　　要：目的探究床旁球囊漂浮电极心脏临时起搏术的有效性及安全性。方法回顾性分析钟祥市人民医院2018年1月至2020年4月收治的127例缓慢性心律失常患者的临床资料,全部在非透视下进行床旁球囊漂浮电极心脏临时起搏术,分析此种起搏术的疗效以及安全性。结果40例右锁骨下静脉,其中一次穿刺成功率为95.00%;69例右颈内静脉,其中一次穿刺成功率为97.10%;7例左锁骨下静脉,其中一次穿刺成功率为100.00%。127例患者全部起搏成功,患者均未发生感染、心脏穿孔、血胸、气胸等并发症。术后6~12 h之间出现电极偏移的17例,导管置入右心室后,2例患者有短暂室性心动过速情况。患者病死率为5.51%,剩余120例患者治疗效果显著。结论缓慢性心律失常患者通过床旁球囊漂浮电极心脏临时起搏术治疗的效果显著,此外无较严重并发症,安全性较高。Objectives To explore the effectiveness and safety of bedside balloon floating electrode temporary cardiac pacing.Methods The clinical data of 127 patients with bradycardia and chronic arrhythmia treated in Zhongxiang People′s Hospital from January 2018 to April 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients underwent bedside balloon floating electrode temporary cardiac pacing under non fluoroscopy,and the efficacy and safety of this pacing were analyzed.Results In 40 cases of right subclavian vein,one puncture success rate was 95.00%;69 cases of right internal jugular vein,one puncture success rate was 97.10%,and 7 cases of left subclavian vein,one puncture success rate was 100.00%.All the 127 patients had successful pacing,and none of the patients had complications such as infection,cardiac perforation,hemothorax and pneumothorax.In 17 cases with electrode deviation between 6 and 12 hours after surgery,2 cases had transient ventricular tachycardia after the catheter was placed in the right ventricle.The mortality rate of the patients was 5.51%,and the treatment effect of the remaining 120 patients was significant.Conclusions Temporary cardiac pacing with bedside balloon floating electrode is effective in the treatment of patients with bradyar⁃rhythmia.In addition,there are no serious complications and it has high safety.
