基于“阳有余阴不足”理论的一组药物治疗肺胃热盛型痤疮

摘　　要：目的:观察基于“阳有余阴不足”理论的一组药物治疗肺胃热盛型痤疮的临床效果。方法:选取2019年5月-2022年5月笔者医院收治的肺胃热盛型痤疮患者110例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。给予治疗组五味消毒饮合增液汤加减,每日1剂水煎口服及压缩面膜浸泡后湿敷面部治疗。对照组口服丹参酮胶囊及外用夫西地酸乳膏。治疗8周后比较两组痤疮综合分级系统(Global acne grading system,GAGS)评分、中医症状评分、Qol-Acne评分和临床疗效。结果:治疗8周后,两组的皮损程度明显改善,治疗组GAGS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医证候评分均显著低治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后的Qol-Acne评分均高于同组治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于“阳有余阴不足”理论使用五味消毒饮合增液汤加减治疗肺胃热盛型痤疮临床效果显著,并能改善患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of a group of drugs based on the theory of"Yang excess and Yin defi ciency"to treat Heat excessive lung and stomach type acne.Methods A total of 110 patients with pulmonary and gastric heat excess acne treated in the author's hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The treatment group was treated with Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction and Zengye Decoction,one dose of water decocted orally every day and soaked with compressed mask,then wet applied to the face.The control group received oral tanshinone capsules and topical fusidic acid cream.After 8 weeks of treatment,the Global acne grading system(GAGS)score,TCM symptom score,Qol-Acne score and clinical effi cacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the degree of skin lesions in both groups improved signifi cantly,and the GAGS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the TCM evidence scores of both groups were signifi cantly lower than that before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the Qol-Acne scores of the two groups were higher than that of the same group before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total eff ective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the theory of"Yang excess and Yin defi ciency",Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction and Zengye Decoction has a remarkable clinical eff ect on Heat excessive lung and stomach excess type acne and improves the quality of life of patients.
