摘　　要：目的:观察火针疗法结合超分子水杨酸治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月-2022年1月笔者医院皮肤科门诊诊治的玫瑰痤疮患者56例,以随机数字表法随机分为观察组(n=28)与对照组(n=28)。对照组单纯予以30%超分子水杨酸换肤;观察组先行火针疗法后,再进行30%超分子水杨酸换肤。均1~2周治疗1次,共治疗4次。观察两组治疗后各症状及评分指标。结果:观察组临床总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组64.30%(P<0.001)。两组主要症状评分、皮肤屏障功能、生活质量指数均有改善,且观察组改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:运用火针疗法联合超分子水杨酸治疗玫瑰痤疮,可减轻临床症状,提高患者生活质量,可临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect offire needle therapy combined with supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of rosacea.Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,56 patients with rosacea were diagnosed and treated in the dermatology outpatient department of the author's hospital.All patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=28)and control group(n=28)by random number table method.The control group was simply skinned with 30%supramolecular salicylic acid;Observation group was treated withfire needle therapyfirst,then 30%supramolecular salicylic acid skin.All patients were treated once every 1-2 weeks,with a total of 4 treatments.The symptoms and scoring indexes of the two groups were observed after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 64.30%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The main symptom score,skin barrier function and quality of life index were improved in both groups,and the improvement in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use offire needle therapy combined with supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of rosaceae can reduce clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life,and has the value of promotion and application.
